Welcome to Bonita Beach Getaway, where the name says it all! This wonderful beach house is just a few short steps to Bonita Beach Access #3. Perfect for a small family or couples retreat, your beach relaxation therapy is about to begin. All 2 bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy the utmost privacy with the massive backyard with bay views. Your beach vacation getaway awaits!

THE LAYOUT
Upon entering the front door, you enter the main living room area, complete with comfortable seating and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the dining area, perfect for gathering with family and friends for a meal or enjoying company.
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a large fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware, utensils, and tableware. Entertain guests with plenty of seating at the dining area and stools around the kitchen counter. The primary bedroom has queen bed and ensuite full bathroom with combination shower/tub and single vanity. Second bedroom offers a queen bed with full bathroom located just outside the hallway, with a combination shower/tub. Laundry is located on the main floor for convenience.

After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), relax with a glass of wine on the elevated deck. Fire up the gas grill and get your backyard family barbeque on. Want to take a break from the sun, enjoy your afternoons on the screened-in lanai deck while soaking in the bay views. Need kayaks, paddle boards, bikes or e-bikes for your adventure expedition? We can have them delivered for an extra fee. Explore the back bay which is only a few steps away!
Stay connected and stream your favorite apps with high speed wifi internet throughout the house. TV is located in the living room.

Exceptional well done management of this property.

The two of us have stayed in probably 100 short term rental properties over time. I have left 2-3 reviews. This one is a gem, the cleanest place ever seen and perfectly curated amenities down to every detail of quality appliances, furnishings, utensils.. everything perfect. Well done! Great location, walk to beach, great restaurants including some to walk to.
