Welcome to this chic and stylish California-inspired condo in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida. This second-floor condo is perfect for your stay in the Sunshine State, boasting a shared pool, canal views, a spacious open-plan living area, a large kitchen, and two sumptuous bedrooms. The living area is furnished with contemporary furniture and features a large flat-screen TV with cable and fast Wi-Fi connectivity. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to make delicious meals throughout your stay. The two bedrooms offer comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and the master king bedroom has access to the balcony with views of the stunning Floridian landscape and canal. The condo also has a small but functional bathroom tucked between the two bedrooms. This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and surf of the Gulf Coast. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this condo is sure to provide you with the perfect stay.

Some things to note about this property: -The pool is located on the 1st floor and shared with the other units in the building.
-There is shared laundry on the first floor of the building. It is shared with one other unit.
- Bonita Beach Park is nearest to the home. Vanderbilt beach is only a 10 min. drive south
-The home is centrally located and sits 1 street off of Bonita Beach Rd. This allows you to get to Naples or Fort Myers very quickly but does have a bit of road noise associated with it. If the doors are shut it won't be much of a problem and we have noise machines in the bedrooms to help combat it if you are a light sleeper.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be within walking distance of Barefoot Beach. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool, a gym, and laundry facilities. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the condo.

Great rental

Loved our stay at this cute little 2 bedroom. Everything we needed was in the rental. It was in a great location an easy walk to Melissa’s Sweet shop for an evening ice cream after a day at the beach which was just a 10 minute drive away.

Spot On!

We have been coming to Bonita Springs for several years in Jan./Feb. This 2 bedroom condo is perfect for a couple or a family with kids. Convenient to good restaurants and several beaches. We rode our bikes to Bonita Beach several times. It’s an easy car ride to fabulous shopping and dining in Naples. The condo has a full kitchen, the sofa is super comfortable and the large back porch looks over the canal. And, best of all the master bed is very comfortable! Short walk to Sweet Mellissa’s Ice Cream! Fabulous!

Lovely comfortable condo

The condo was clean, well appointed, very comfortable and loved having a second bedroom for luggage, our clutter etc. Great kitchen & coffee bar. Considering our stay was during post-Ian renovations, we got a nice discount and had minimal noise. Ground level outdoor space & pool area could use some sprucing but this was of no issue for us. Balcony is a charming space. Owners bought a new grill for us to use which was very thoughtful. All in all, a great place to stay, We rented for 12 days and hope to do so again. Many thanks Stephanie & Amanda!
