Jeff was great to work with; very timely and personable in his communications. Bonita Bay is a great centrally located development with lots of amenities. We took advantage of the pool, shuttle to the beach (at the edge of the parking lot), walking trails, parks and on site restaurant. The condo itself is very clean, nicely updated and attractively furnished. Kitchen is nicely stocked for those times you decide to stay in and cook, with a nearby gas grill. We enjoyed our month long stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Jeff and Gianna were gracious, communicative, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with every amenity we needed to relax and enjoy our time in sunny Florida. The space was easy to access and perfectly set up for a peaceful, stress-free stay. We felt cared for and right at home — highly recommend and would happily stay again!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is completely updated with very nice furnishings. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Jeff and Gianna are so kind and helpful. The condo is convenient and is fully stocked with everything you could need. Beautiful condo and great location - it is perfect.

Wonderful Stay!

We’ve been renting in Bonita Springs for the past 10 years and this property was a favorite for my family. Jeff and Gianna were easy to work with, the location was perfect and the condo was incredibly clean.Although, the Bonita Bay Beach Club (Bonita Beach) is under construction, we were easily able to use the provided beach pass for chair and umbrella service at Lovers Key Beach. We had a wonderful week and can’t wait to visit again!

Nice, Clean Property at great location

I stayed here with my family over Thanksgiving, and the experience could not have been better. The unit was very clean and the appliances were in great shape and easy to use. The owners were friendly and accommodating. They were even gracious and understanding when we accidentally broke a vase (But please don’t test them on this!). The location of the property allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather with ease: it is next to a bike / running trail; has easy, convenient access to a nice pool; and is a very short walk to the beach shuttles. The in-unit WiFi was key as I had to get some work done while I was there – which I was able to do from the table on the porch overlooking the surrounding units. It was a delight! If you are considering renting this unit, I can’t recommend this one highly enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful condo in gated community

The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. Kitchen offered all the amenities needed to enjoy meals in. Great pool area and tennis courts. We enjoyed watching wildlife by the pond. Would rate this home a 10!

Amazing Condo and Vacation

Our stay at this gorgeous condo in Wild Pines, inside gated Bonita Bay, was fantastic! The condo was clean, perfectly furnished and decorated, all while being located in a serene setting with tons of local shopping, restaurants and beaches nearby. We enjoyed the lovely amenities like the pool and private shuttle to the beach. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Great New Rental in Wild Pines, Bonita Bay Club

Great new rental option in the Wild Pines complex which is the only weekly rental available in Bonita Bay Club community. The condo is very well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond. We love this community for its walkability, shuttle to the beach 'club' and proximity to the Promenade at Bonita Bay.
