Welcome to Barefoot Beach Getaway, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! You will love this open concept 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, located in a very sought after area! The pool and lanai are enclosed with a screen to keep the critters out. Spend your day lounging on the fenced in lanai, swimming in the pool, or hanging out in the pool room with your friends and family. At night, enjoy relaxing by the fire pit.

This home is conveniently located and there's lots to do and explore in sunny Florida! Bonita Beach is just a short drive away or walk to the local favorite ice cream shop- Royal Scoop!

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Absolutely wonderful property - so enjoyed the open, spacious rooms and feeling, the great kitchen was easy to work in, and the pool was perfect. The kids and adults had an absolutely great time. It's a perfect get-away for up to 8 people. Very satisfied renter!!!!

Nice vacation getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this Bonita Springs home. The pool room was a very nice bonus. The management company was terrible. We could not get into the home for over four hours, and could not talk with anyone to get it resolved. Once we were able to get in we enjoyed the home.

This house is a perfect family getaway! We loved how the beautiful kitchen opened up to the pool area, and the pool room was a huge hit with my teenagers. the house was spotless and the property manager super thoughtful. Clean and Tidy Bonita Springs Home

We stayed here for a tennis weekend and the house was as described. There were two rooms with king beds, a room with two twin beds, and then a pool room with a trundle bed (two twins), which was accessed by walking through the back by the pool and entering via a separate door. The home was clean and tidy with all of the kitchen utensils and amenities needed.

Noisy, bad TV reception, 3rd bedroom not in house.

Master bedroom is directly next to living room and kitchen. Very noisy when others are up first and roaming the kitchen. Stated 3 bedroom 3 bath, so assumed each room had own bath. Untrue. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a very small bath. Other bathroom is in the pool house. While there on Sunday Super Bowl day, contractor’s we’re digging on side of home and cut cable. We were not notified ahead of time they would b working on the home. It was resolved, but difficult dealing with rental company and owner!
