The space is designed for a relaxing beach trip, featuring a king bed and a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or a small group. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home, and the unit includes fast WiFi and a TV with cable and streaming options. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach with coastal breezes and sunset skies.

We provide a starter set of supplies to get you settled in. Guests will need to purchase additional items for longer stays. For safety and quality reasons, we do not provide food items such as spices, oils, or coffee.



This unit is part of a short term rental friendly community and offers a great combination of value, location, and amenities.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire studio, including the private screened balcony.



The community offers a heated pool and pickleball courts, both currently open and available for guest use.



Parking is complimentary on site. A parking pass is required and can be picked up at the Building 3 office upon arrival or the following morning if arriving after hours.



Check in is simple and convenient with a personalized door code provided prior to arrival.

Located in the heart of Bonita Beach, this property offers easy access to one of Southwest Florida’s most beautiful beaches, just a short walk away.



The area is known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere, with nearby waterfront restaurants, beach bars, and local favorites all within a short drive. Whether you are looking to spend the day on the sand, enjoy a sunset dinner, or explore the area, everything is within reach.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, with plenty of free parking available on site.



Ride share services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. Bonita Beach is within walking distance, and grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are just a short drive away.

The community continues to improve following recent updates. While many amenities are open, some areas are still under improvement and the grounds are a work in progress. Noise has generally been minimal.



This is a short term rental community with a mix of owners and guests.



A parking pass is required for all vehicles and must be obtained shortly after arrival. Vehicles without a pass may be subject to enforcement.

No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony.

We are a local, professionally managed team and are available if you need anything during your stay. While we respect your privacy, we are just a message or phone call away for recommendations, assistance, or any questions.
