Spanish Wells rental

We were the first renters in the 20 year old condo unit that the new owners had purchased in September 2024.the owners are very responsive to text messages and promptly addressed any issues (minor) that we raised. They were making good progress with renovations, so the place was comfortable and livable and well pretty well equipped for the 7 weeks we were there. Very spacious unit and great to have the screened lanai. Parking is provided in a covered carport. Pool dedicated to the 7 buildings in the association was very nice.
