Enjoy serenity with this 2-year-old professionally decorated home in desirable Bonita National Country Club. Enjoy your private lanai plus the membership amenities of the club including full spa, luxurious pool, workout facility, on-site dining, tennis and more. 3 bedrooms plus den with queen sleeper and 3 full baths sleeps up to 8 people. Huge kitchen with center island open to great room. 3 car garage. Hurricane impact window and doors. Wait till you step out to the beautiful lanai, pool and spa with gorgeous lake view facing west to watch the sun set. Outdoor kitchen and dining, canopy lounge bed and patio set with fire table to enjoy the evenings.
Bonita National has top of the line luxurious amenities for all ages and interests. There are 8 Har-Tru tennis courts with a very active tennis center. There is a state of the art Fitness and Group Exercise room and many different types of available classes including Boot Camp, Spin, Pilates, Water Aerobics, Yoga and much more! Bonita National has the U-Topia Spa onsite which offers a variety of different services including facials, massages and body treatments. There is a combination resort style pool with a waterfall and spa along with a lap pool. There is a very large pool deck with chaise loungers, umbrellas, and more! Onsite dining options include the the Poolside Cafe for quick bites and drinks and the grill room in the Golf Clubhouse with lunch and dinner menus along with a full bar.
This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment. There is an additional application fee NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. This paperwork and reservation agreement will be automatically sent upon confirmation of booking.
