New house, large with over 160sqm of construction, parking for up to 4 cars, front porch. Giant room, to party, 42 "tv with full sky, fiber optic wifi and dining table with benches. Rustic kitchen with fridge, cooktop stove and wood burning stove, bar. Laundry room with washing machine tank. Shared bathroom, 3 large bedrooms, two with one double and two single beds and one with two single beds (if requested in advance, we can modify the bedding settings). Great location, just 500m from the central square.
