Ideally located, 10 minutes from the Besançon Franche-Comté TGV train station (2 hours from Paris): escape for a weekend or a week; the owners can pick you up directly from the station. Activities include numerous hikes in the Monts de Gy and Bucey, a charming town in the Franche-Comté region. Besançon is 20 minutes away. Ideal for relaxation, this tastefully renovated cottage is located in a characterful house, adjoining the owners' residence. It comprises: a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a shower room (walk-in shower), and a toilet. Upstairs: a large family bedroom with two sleeping areas: one double bed and two single beds. Linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. At the rear of the house, a large wooded park features a swimming pool (shared with the owners), a private terrace with a pergola, sun loungers, garden furniture, and a private barbecue. The property is secluded and offers complete privacy. There is also a gravel courtyard and enclosed grounds. A fitness room and sauna are available. The swimming pool measures 9 x 4.5 meters (available from May/June to mid-September, weather permitting). Bicycles are available for guests' use. Electric heating is provided. Utilities are not included. Internet access is available via a router in the cottage. The cottage also offers a wellness area with a fitness space, sauna, and swimming pool. Pets are not allowed.

Optional extras and charges: End-of-stay cleaning: €40. Towels: €5 per person. Utilities are not included.

From Besançon, follow the direction of Vesoul, then Cussey sur l'Ognon. Pass Cussey, then Etuz. Arrived at Bonnevent, the gîte is located on the main road, the gîte is located on the right (wrought iron gate), just before the church.
