Located in Bonnieux, one of the most beautiful villages in the Luberon, this Provençal house offers charm, comfort and views in a quiet, convenient setting. Surrounded by over 2,000 m² of enclosed landscaped grounds, it features Mediterranean trees, a majestic umbrella pine and a south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the village.
The ground floor has a bright and spacious living/dining area with large openings to the terrace, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, one bedroom, a shower room and a separate WC. This layout is ideal for families, friends or multigenerational stays.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a 7 m² dressing room and a landing currently used as a small office space. A balcony offers postcard views of Bonnieux and the hills beyond.
