A lovely place to stay

This lovely cottage is located in a peaceful wood just outside the village - a perfect location and great with our dog. It sits in centre of the lovely Luberon where there are endless gorgeous villages, walks and other things to do. we'd love to return.

Love-love-loved it!

Four of us, two moms, two 14 y.o.s made this gite our home for a week. We all had our favorite spots and times of day, inside and outside. On the days we made ourselves go out-- easy day trips to Camargue. Les Calanques, etc.-- we loved coming home to our pool. Hikers hiked right from the door, nappers napped and we all had dinners outside with NO mosquitoes (can't get that at home) every night. Aurelien (owner) and Maribel (on site caretaker) were wonderful hosts. Allez!

Week-end délicieux entre amies à l'entrée de l'automne dans un hébergement dans lequel on se sent comme chez soi ! La déco le rend accueillant, la présence de livres, de jeux, la cuisine bien équipée… tout participe à la magie du moment. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté du jardin, comme les attentions de nos hôtes.

Huis in bos ,Bonnieux ,Luberon

Het huis is schitterend gelegen te midden van een zeer grote bosrijke tuin ,stilte, rust ,gewoonweg fantastisch ! Maar het huis zelf heeft toch wel wat mankementen .Zo regende het op een nacht stevig binnen vlak naast het bed in de kamer met het tweepersoonsbed . We hebben een paar potten moeten zetten om de regen op te vangen en het bed moeten verschuiven om het droog te houden . Ook in de woonkamer was een lek in het salongedeelte . Ook qua hygiëne was het niet zoals het moest .Het was niet erg proper ,op de eettafel lag een vuil tafellaken ,in de keuken en de badkamers vieze sponsjes en afwasborstel van vorige huurders (?) ,vieze toiletborstel ,koelkast niet uitgekuist , de hoeken van het aanrecht vol kruimels en andere restjes ,de verwarmingselementen hebben blijkbaar al jaren geen stofvod gezien ,enz...Het geheel gaf een erg verwaarloosde indruk...Maar dit werd deels gecompenseerd door de omgeving,de rust ,de stilte...Uiteindelijk zit je in een bos . Ook niemand gezien gedurende die twee weken van ons verblijf. Malika kwam de allerlaatste avond van ons verblijf kennis maken ...We hebben ons er zeer goed gevoeld ,het was er ,ondanks alles,zalig toeven .Maar voor een dergelijke huurprijs,verwacht je toch wel iets meer,vind ik.Nog iets,wij waren er vanaf de 18de september ,vanaf toen werd het zwembad niet meer onderhouden en veranderde het elke dag meer en meer in een groene 'poel' ,dus niet meer bruikbaar .

Magnifique environnement!

Une maison plutot simple et rustique, mais au meme temps authentique et sympa avec ses murs en pierres. L'emplacement et l'environnement de la maison est tout a fait magnifique. Des la sorti du terrain, on a un tres grand choix de jolis chemins pour la balade ou le VTT. On a tres (tres) apprecie et on va certainement revenir!

REPOS ABSOLU

juste quelques mots pour résumer mon impression sur cette propriété : UN PETIT PARADIS. Située loin de tout et en même temps proche de Bonnieux (puisque nous y sommes allés à pied), cette propriété est fabuleuse. La maison est joliment décorée, le terrain est très spacieux, la piscine est superbe, et les propriétaires très disponibles. QUE DU BONHEUR.

un havre de tranquillité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. Elle a beaucoup de charme et elle est très tranquille au bout de son chemin sans être éloignée du village où l'on peut aller faire ses courses à pied.

very nice holidays

We had very nice holidays at this house. We stayed three weeks in the house. Thanks to Maribel for the warm welcome and her good support. All rooms were clean and good equipped, we found everything we needed. The lockable storage room was useful for our bicycles. The pool and the area is amazing. A lot of nature and silence but not far away from the village. We will come back!

L’endroit est magnifique Calme absolu Propriété au coeur du Luberon, avec puscine, un hectare de terrain La maison est bien équipée, propre, beaucoup d’âme Seul regret: la cuisine mériterait d’être un peu modernisée ( il manque un vrai four!) Un endroit rare, idéal pour se reposer en famille
