Disliked: Communication
Property was perfect for what we needed. Communication with host PRIOR to stay was fine, but when we lost hot water over our weekend stay, the host was not responsive. Appeared a bot acknowledged our first message regarding the issue and asked for some follow up information. We adjusted our plans to return to the property and get the requested information. We did not hear from the host again for over 24 hours (and that was after several attempts at contacting him). Because of that, we only had hot water 1 out of our 3 day stay. Unacceptable for the price we paid.
