La rĂ©servation a Ă©tĂ© faite sur HĂŽtels.com mais l hotel est fermĂ© donc pas de chambre. Il serait bon de signaler quand les hĂŽtels ne sont plus en activitĂ© pour Ă©viter ce genre de dĂ©sagrĂ©ment d autant plus que mon paiement Ă  Ă©tĂ© encaissĂ©, je ne sais toujours pas si je vais ĂȘtre remboursĂ©.

A fuir je reserve sur votre site le vendredi dĂ©but d'aprĂšs-midi je paie en ligne sans problĂšme .j appelle vers 17h pour dire que j arriverais vers 20h et la on me dit qu il ne peuve pas honorĂ© ma rĂ©servation car problĂšme Ă©lectrique Et qu il n'avait pas pu me joindre avant!!!il .on m’a demandĂ© d envoyer mon RIB par mail en allant chercher le mail sur sur le site super service et que son collĂšge traiterai le remboursement car elle ne savait pas faire. A fuir ce type d’établissement que se serait il passĂ© si je n'avais pas appelĂ© avant de venir avec ma fille de 2ans Tres mauvaise expĂ©rience sur votre site du coup car vous ne vĂ©rifiez pas vos prestataires.
