Room was very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels. Fridge & microwave appreciated. Only criticism was the carpet had age and was wrinkled. Could be a trip hazard for someone who gets up during the night.

When we arrived at 7pm there was no hot water. When we called to see if we could move to another room or someone could help, they said no one could help, but we were welcome to drive to the other hotel (in the rain and less than 40 degree weather) to take a shower at their gym. When I explained it was unreasonable to expect us to pay for 2nights at a place that had no hot water, they said the manager would get back with us the next day. They never got back with us, never fixed it, never offered refund. Incredibly disappointed with whole stay.
