Downtown Location. No car needed. Just minutes from everything. Experience this peaceful gem. You will feel at home in this cute cottage that includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee station. Nearby you have tons of restaurants, bars and unique shops to choose from. ASU is just a few minutes away. Home offers outside seating area and plenty of parking with 2 spots for your vehicles. Hiking and other outdoor attractions are also close by!

This is a 100 year-old home. There is an apartment in the back. You will have access to the main house. Inside you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, and small seating area. The other bedroom has a twin size bed and a full-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking tools and utensils. The living room has spacious sitting area with large TV and DVD player. Outside you will find a small seating area with Chiminea. You have two parking spots. 3 minutes walking and you will reach Ram Rack thrift store and the start of King Street shops.

You can use the main house. You can use the small seating area out front. You’re welcome to stroll through the garden in the front, but please don’t pick anything as it belongs to the apartment outback. After walking the garden, please be sure to close both doors behind you when exiting.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Appalachian State University. Features include laundry facilities. A TV and a microwave are available in the cottage.
