Staff was great. Room was nice but our coffee maker didn't work, our shower flooded the whole bathroom at 1 oclock in the morning, out passkeys quit working and we couldn't get in. The hotel compensated us for those issues and other than those it was ok. Very clean place to stay.

Rooms were good. Staff was courteous and helpful but since the hotel was understaffed hence we had to wait for our breakfast for almost one hour every morning. No matter what time you go down for breakfast, you have to wait for minimum 1 hr. This hotel had no buffet served breakfast like other hotels. my suggestion would be they should start serving buffet for breakfast when lots of people are there. Thanks

Hot tub and door to the pool area were broken during our entire stay. Huge bummer as this was the reason we originally chose this hotel. The front desk staff were very plesant and worked hard, but cleaning services were not great. No towels left and bed sheets were not fresh, just the same sheets from the night before placed back on the bed, not even made up. I had to walk to the front desk to get items multiple times. Because the pool door was open the hallway was extremely humid and the smell of chlorine burned your eyes. This was ver unplesant as our room 110 was on the first floor just a few feet from the pool area. Overall, i would probably not stay again.

The staff was very congenial and helpful. However I have to say I was very disappointed. Came back from the activities for the day and the room was not cleaned. Every night this happened. I don’t think that I should be the person to ask them to do their job. Every day before we would go out there was someone cleaning other rooms. Consider what I paid for of two nights this should not happened. I do expect some type of consideration and I am not a member of the program. Hope to hear from you soon.
