Nestled high in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Rocky Top Retreat is a beautiful mountain home in the coveted Blue Ridge Mountain Club, providing guests access to the club's unique amenities.
- The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is an upscale, gated mountain community with thousands of acres of pristine land and over 40 miles of hiking, walking, biking, and UTV trails. There is also a safe, fun swimming hole and over 64 miles of private fishing streams and creeks.
- The Chetola Sporting Preserve offers trap and sporting clay shooting, a pistol range, an archery range, and a rifle range. Enjoy a guided trap shooting adventure on a 13-station course. Book a guided fly fishing trip on the private waters.
- The Ascent Wellness & Fitness Center, adjacent to the condos, has state-of-the-art equipment, yoga facilities, exercise studios, facilitated fitness classes, and much more. It is available to our guests for $10 per day during staffed hours.
- Adjacent to the Fitness Center is the new Lookout Grill, a casual restaurant with an indoor/outdoor bar overlooking breathtaking mountain views, just a short walk from the condo. The restaurant and bar are open seasonally, and hours will change based on the time of year. Please check for updated hours and information.
- The Watson Gap Village Jasper House is a stunning gathering place with a huge fireplace and comfy furniture. Open the big wall facing the view and create a unique indoor/outdoor venue.
- The Fire Garden just outside in Watson Gap Village boasts numerous fire features and fire pits—propane and wood-burning—for guests to enjoy. Its lawn and courtyard have many comfortable pieces of relaxing outdoor furniture to enjoy endless views. The lawn is large, level, and well-manicured for outdoor fun.
- The Watson Gap Village offers plenty of room inside and out to enjoy time with family and friends and meet new friends. The nearby Watson Gap Pavilion offers another social gathering place with an outdoor fireplace, a grilling/barbecuing station, and facilities for guest comfort. The Watson Gap Pavilion is wonderful for impromptu gatherings and planned events. It hosts over 20 social events annually and is available for weddings and other special occasions.
- There is also an Events Lawn that hosts numerous large events, concerts, and more, as it can accommodate hundreds of people at once.

Rocky Top Retreat is an enchanting four-level haven for those seeking the ultimate vacation experience. The third floor is your gateway to relaxation with an open floorplan living area centered on a grand stacked-stone gas fireplace that adds rustic warmth to the bright room. The curved HDTV and power reclining sofa complete the resort feel of the living room. Settle in after a day of hiking on the parkway and enjoy time with family while watching a favorite movie. The upscale kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island. The comfortable dining table has seating for six, with four additional barstools at the island. Everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal is right at your fingertips. Step outside on the covered porch off the kitchen and take a break from cooking, or grill burgers at the gas grill. The true marvel of Rocky Top Retreat lies in the spacious covered deck. The views from the covered outdoor living area are truly breathtaking. Relax on the sectional by the outside wood-burning fireplace and enjoy fresh mountain air and a movie or a game on the exterior TV. Enjoy your home-cooked meal at the covered deck dining table with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Inside, the custom coffee bar awaits your morning ritual. The middle deck, accessed through the bedroom on the walk-in level, is home to the hot tub where you can unwind after a day on the ski slopes. Play a game of ping pong in the garage game area.

Four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, are spread out over three of the four floors. The top floor is where you will find a master bedroom with picture windows showcasing the views, a king bed, and a custom ensuite. The bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower, a free-standing soaker tub, and double vanities. Just down the hall, the kids will delight in the bunk room, with twin-over-full beds, a TV, and a private bathroom. On the walk-in level, guests will find a bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and an ensuite, but the true gem on this level is the middle deck with the hot tub. The lower level has an additional fourth bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and deck where guests can enjoy their coffee with the sunrise.

Additional amenities include WiFi, YouTube TV, central heating and air conditioning, and a third-floor powder room. One vehicle can park in the driveway, and parking stops are across the street, only steps from the front door. We highly recommend AWD or 4WD and snow chains for winter travelers.
