The property was nice - a little outdated but nice. The nighttime Front Desk Attendant on our check- in was awesome. Very nice and helpful. The breakfast was not great. T he r v pancakes sucked and while the egg omelet deal was good, fresh scrambled eggs would have been nice.

The room initially appeared clean, but when I pulled back the bedding I found crumbs and hair in the bed. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he stated the room had been cleaned at 11 a.m. I checked in around 6 p.m., and regardless of the time, the bed was not clean. By the time we discovered the issue, our belongings were already unpacked. Although we were offered a different room, after a nine hour drive we were not in a position to repack, move, and unpack again. We requested fresh sheets, but were only provided the linens and instructed to change them ourselves. Neither Sleep Inn Boone nor Expedia offered any form of compensation. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this property again and I will no longer use Expedia.

Young guy who checked us in was great- very welcoming and attentive. Room was spacious and comfortable and the deep bathtub was fantastic. Unfortunately we could hear the traffic pretty well from outside, but overall we are happy with our stay!

Champagne wishes

Staff at the front desk were very nice, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The heat in our room smelled dusty and triggered my allergies. The elevator and halllways showed their age and needed to be vacuumed. Breakfast met the need for nourishment and the eggs were beautifully prepared. I was disappointed when I found packs of instant oatmeal vs the real thing. There were two coffee options, decaf and house blend served in the lobby from the pump style carafe. I was hopeful for more of a luxury feel but maybe that was expecting too much for the price.
