The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Check out time is 11:00 a. m. You do not have to strip the bed. (I will take care of bed stripping) Place items pulled out/used from the closet bags into the gray hamper (do not re-bag).
Dishes: Clean,Leave to air dry in the dish drainer. Place all towels and washcloths in the hamper by the shower. Ensure all lights and fans are off. Set AC to 74°F (if used) or heat to 70°F (if used).
Please take all the inside trash from all the rooms, and trash any leftover food. Place all bagged trash into the black trash container located at the corner of the house.Please bag, no loose trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Only the yard fence in and area around parking space are for guest use. Please respect the main home owners privacy, and don't roam past above areas.

This is a really nice getaway spot. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host communicated with us in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable.

Perfect getaway.

This is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. The place is very clean and is stocked with everything you need. The host even left a welcome gift! Such a nice gesture. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
