Great price for Route 1 in Maine in peak season! No frills, quiet, comfy bed, AC, and Friendly staff!

False advertising!

Room smells like some sort of chemical cleaner which gave me a massive headache staying in. Building and rooms are old and run down. Lots of false advertising - no gardens, not eco friendly, lots of single use plastics. Carpet is nasty. Bedding was clean and the tv worked I guess those are positives.

It is a good value for the price. It is easy to get to, and the beds are nice. The staff is kind. They did not have lots of soaps or such, but outside of that it is a good standard motel.

The location is great. Short drive to downtown Brunswick and since it’s right off the highway also a short drive to anywhere off 95. There was a roach and two other bugs in the room, but the manager was willing to move us, but did not offer a discount because it was booked on Expedia. Found no bugs in the new room.

Came up to the area for an event and this was a good reasonably priced option. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The property could use a bit of maintenance is looking a bit tired. And while everything was clean, the walls needed to be wiped down and were smudged and dirty in the bathroom area. However, overall, it was was a good value for the price.
