checking in was very smooth, they asked us if we wanted to upgrade our room to a suite, it was only $40 that came w a balcony and amazing pool view. there was also a free complimentary drink at their restaurant. very delicious breakfast buffet. they had korean and filipino breakasft, lunch and dinner. there was also a singer that was singing every night outside the restaurant so it was so calming to hear a live performance. they have a bar in the pool as well. very cool. all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. everytime a staff sees us they would greet us. the security helped us call a ride whenever we needed one. our room was cleaned daily, towels were replaced, as well as the bathroom kits that was included. the hotel is at least a 5 minute walk from the beach but honestly i think its the perfect hotel to stay at since its right infront of watsons, next to jollibee and a 2 minute walk to d-supermarket and d-mall. will definitely come back here again.

The room had a strong odor of mold. Unfortunately it doesn't appear that maintenance staff are servicing the aircon unit at a level that would be would expect from a 5-star hotel. This poses a significant health risk. If you care about your family's health, look for alternative options on the island OR ask for a room with an aircon unit that was just serviced in the last 24h. Spraying perfume is not a solution to mask the smell. Do better Hennan.

This was a newer property and is well-kept. Rooms were clean and exceeded my expectations.The staff and service were superb. The pool and poolbar was top-notch. Breakfast was quite good. It gets quite loud in the evening with karaoke or music from both the property itself and the neighboring hotel, but I think observing quiet-hours would alleviate some complaints.

The staff at this property make it, they are fab, all so friendly and helpful, the same can't be said for all henann resorts, but this one is fab. Not beach front, but a short walk takes you to henann Regency where you can use the beach front sun loungers. We had a little welcome treat in the room upon arrival and another one when we departed, which was a lovely gesture. The only slight negative about this hotel is lack of sound proofing, the pool music is loud, but does stop around 10pm. Love this place. Food choice at breakfast was varied and clean, no flies etc.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Henann Park Resort in Boracay exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The amenities, including the pools, spa, and breakfast buffet, were top-notch and provided endless enjoyment. I especially loved the variety of activities available, ensuring we had a fantastic time. Everything was well-maintained, and the service was consistently exceptional. A special shout-out to Jino and Timothy for providing us the best service – their attentiveness and friendliness truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms, spacious, comfortable, and very accommodating and friendly staff who go out of the way to make your stay pleasant! Loved the pool side bar, and the deep tissue massage was exceptional! Buffet has good selections and food/drinks were tasty. Location was good if you are ok with not being right on the beach. It was quieter and still close enough to D’mall and the beach. Would 100% stay again!
