I have been less then a night there, to arrive it was fine, the security was nice and explained how to do the check in, always doing his patrol around, so I felt safe with family. The bedroom was well cleaned , however the sink and bath plumbing was blocked , the dirty water wasn't going away, there was mold in the bathroom grout. I should not be there again unfortunately. Bed sheets , floor and litttle table was perfectly cleaned.

Hôtel situé à moins de 5 minutes d'un P+R pour visiter Bordeaux. Trajet de 30min depuis P+R Pyrénées pour rejoindre la place de la bourse à Bordeaux. La personne à l'accueil était très serviable et d'une extrême gentillesse. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre quadruple, 1 lit double et deux simples situés en mezzanine. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais convenait parfaitement pour 1 nuit pour visiter Bordeaux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Parking sécurisé. Le tapis (plus un paillasson) situé dans la chambre devrait être retiré à mon sens. Pas très propre quand on se lève la nuit pieds nus. On entend bien le bruit de circulation sur la rocade si on est situé côté autoroute.

Je suis non fumeuse et je suis tombée sur la dernière chambre de l’hôtel pour les fumeurs ! Odeur de tabac froid très importante à l’ouverture de la chambre malgré l’aération toute la journée. Je n’ai pas pu être remboursé. J’ai donc dû trouver une solution de replis pour dormir ailleurs ! Inadmissible qu’il existe encore des chambres pour fumeurs ! Les draps sentaient le tabac malgré qu’ils soient propres !

Une étape à recommander

Une étape vraiment agréable sur la route des vacances. Hôtel propre avec une excellente literie, bien insonorisé mais surtout un accueil très sympathique grâce à Stéphanie qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur et sympathie, notamment avec les enfants. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir pour notre prochaine halte.
