The hotel was well located in the city centre and close to everything also close to the trams if needed. The room was clean with nice amenities and the breakfast generous. We had one night here. The hotel was clean and the lady on reception spoke English which was helpful. Parking is very handy (opposite the hotel) which is arranged through the hotel: a QR code is given by Reception and you use this on entry to the car park. At the time of our entry, the QR code did not work and unfortunately instead of being €18 it turned out to be a whopping €35. However, we would stay here again, the location is brilliant.

This place is very hard to locate. It is between 2 restaurants. The entrance is small. The staff is friendly. They didn’t tell us the breakfast were extra. We found out upon check out. The rooms were very small. The location is great which is about 30 minutes from the intercity train station, Bordeaux St. Jean.
