Everything about our experience was exceptional. My partner stayed here with a baby for 5 nights while I was working and she felt safe and very well taken care of. The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. The shower could have been a little cleaner but that’s just nitpicking.

The hotel was excellent. Rooms are very spacious, staff are extremely nice and helpful and the restaurant and bar was great. It’s such a pop culture hotel but you cannot tell from the outside. What a hidden gem. Great ambience!

Our room had been recently refurbished to a good standard, but we found it peculiar the toilet wash basin was further down the hallway, in the shower room. A fridge in the room would be a key advantage to allow for milk to be stored for drinks. Albeit the coffee was of good quality, having just the one double sachet was disappointing.

The staff are amazing, room and interior are great. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not great, they need exterior security as there were drunk and aggressive transient folks around the entrances and perimeter of the hotel; making a traveling family feel not secure.
