Absolutely beyond awful. Avoid avoid avoid.
Walked into reception to find a miserable looking woman holding her head in her hands, elbows on the desk. No greeting. Tried to charge me for breakfast even though it was already paid for on booking, 15 minute argument and would accept receipt as proof. Most of the lights in the room weren’t working, the room is wired wrong so all switches have to be on for any to work but you don’t know which combination of switches so that took 15 minutes to figure out. TV remote didn’t work. Asked at reception and was simply handed batteries that did not solve the issue. WiFi code didn’t work, receptionist unable to help with that. Loud people shouting and smoking directly outside our ground flooor window at 10pm, informed reception but nothing done. We were genuinely worried and unable to sleep so at 1am we decided enough was enough and left unable to tolerate anymore. Bathroom was filthy, didn’t want to use it. Half of the fittings were broken like the shower head holder so couldn’t have a shower anyway. Filth on the floor under the bed and in bathroom. Place needs knocking down and rebuilding better. Will never return.
