The location is fantastic, walking distance to all main sites. It’s a boutique hotel with incredible potential. I never right reviews but I felt like a review was warranted. The price of the room was great value BUT, and while I loved visiting Bordeaux everything else left me counting down days to check out. We were given a room that had a leak in the bathroom sink and despite notifying the reception, nothing was done to repair. Everytime you brush your teeth or wash your hands water was on the floor. The sheets were stained, the toilet seat had yellow stains and no soap to wash your hands…..

Convenient location to stay and explore

Hotel is conveniently located to explore Bordeaux and was very welcoming and pleasant. The one way traffic system is a nightmare so set your sat nav to the car park advised on their website, not to the hotel! Overall very happy and would stay again - the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch.
