The property is located in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by nature yet only 1.2 km from the city center. You can park several vehicles right in front of the house.



Our house is in Léognan (10,000 inhabitants), surrounded by ten beautiful oaks and a river at the end of the garden. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, it offers a peaceful environment, ideal for relaxation. You will regularly see squirrels and more than 30 species of birds, as well as a vegetable garden, all while being close to city center amenities.



The house has an area of 167 m², including a large 20 m² kitchen, a living room with a baby grand piano, and a very pleasant covered terrace. It stays cool in summer, making it comfortable during hot periods.



There are 7 bedrooms, one of which connects to two adjacent rooms. Each room is equipped with two beds, allowing you to host many guests or family members.



This little paradise combines tranquility, nature, and proximity to the city center, with the possibility to easily park several vehicles in front of the house.



Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented on site directly from the owner for an additional fee. We invite you to contact her in advance if you wish to request them, or to bring your own linen.
