The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. There is a nice eating area with restaurants and bars behind the building that serve great food. Tram is easy to get too, location was ideal.

Très bonne découverte ! J'ai passé une nuit au Slo Appart'Hôtel et tout s'est très bien passé. Le studio est moderne, propre et bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour être autonome. L'accueil a été chaleureux et l'équipe disponible pour répondre à mes questions. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le quartier des Bassins à Flot et les Halles de Bacalan. Je reviendrai avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour à Bordeaux !
