The Bastide district is a former industrial area that is undergoing an economic revival thanks to various developments. Facing the Garonne River and Place de la Bourse, you'll discover the former Orléans train station, now home to a large cinema. Nearby, the Université Européenne de Gestion and, just a few steps away, the Parc des Berges and Jardin Botanique offer a large green space. This new strolling area offers a wonderful view of the Tourny facade built along the left bank quays.
