Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le seul petit hic est qu’il nous manquait des serviettes de douche qui avaient été oubliées et nous n’avons pas osé demander à la réception car il était 21h30 assez mais le lendemain on nous a dit que quelqu’un était présent 24 heures sur 24 et que notre problème aurait pu être résolu en direct. Sinon rien à redire le personnel très accueillant.

L’hôtel est un petit peu éloigné du centre-ville, cependant si vous êtes un peu actif, il n’est pas loin à pied des transports en commun pour rejoindre le centre de Bordeaux. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit, et nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu l’occasion de tester la cuisine équipée, qui semblait toutefois très bien. Nous cherchions un logement proche de l’Arkéa Arena, et nous avons été satisfaite. Il nous a été très facile de commander un transport pour accéder à notre concert, ainsi que pour le retour. Cependant il est à noter une certaine catégorie professionnelle présente au coin de la rue principale le vendredi soir où nous rentrions à l’hôtel (22h30), mais à aucun moment cela n’a affecté notre séjour, car l’hôtel est un peu reculé à l’intérieur du bâtiment, au calme. Mention spéciale pour la personne qui nous a reçu à l’accueil : un jeune homme extrêmement sympathique, souriant, mais aussi avec un excellent sens du service (j’avais oublié mon chargeur de téléphone chez moi, et il a pu miraculeusement m’en prêter un pour la nuit). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, bien que court, et gardons l’adresse pour notre prochain séjour à Bordeaux.
