Elegant communicating apartments in the charming historic center of Bordighera Alta offer an authentic and unique experience of the Ligurian Riviera. Being located in the same building and on the same landing, these two apartments are the perfect choice for larger groups or families wishing to spend an unforgettable holiday together.

The apartment on the third floor, about 45 square meters, features a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and smart TV, as well as a convenient kitchenette. While the second apartment, located on the second floor and larger at approximately 75 square meters, offers a double bedroom, bathroom, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, a laundry room, and a spectacular panoramic terrace with a solarium area, providing breathtaking views of the city and the sea.

Each accommodation is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Essential items such as salt, sugar, oil, Nespresso coffee capsules, towel sets, bed linen, toiletries with shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bags, and cleaning essentials are also provided for guests.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCESS TO THE APARTMENTS, LOCATED ON THE 2ND AND 3RD FLOORS, IS ONLY VIA STAIRS, WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. THIS CONDITION MAY BE PROBLEMATIC FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES. ACCOMMODATIONS ARE ADVISED FOR GUESTS WITHOUT PARTICULAR ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is a public parking lot a few meters away (as shown in the photos) with free parking available with a time disk.
