The private property is located near the river Þverá, one of the greatest fly-fishing rivers in Iceland. Away from any light pollution which gives you a great chance of viewing the Northern Lights from the comfort of your own home away from home.

The Real Iceland

Great stay in authentic Iceland farmhouse! Besides visiting the natural features of Iceland, the highlight of our trip was an optional meal service offered by the owners. The meal was great, I highly recommend taking advantage of the opportunity if you can. On-site caretaker extremely helpful and courteous.
