Immerso nella quiete delle colline di Borgo Val di Taro (Parma), il Rustico del Rosmarino è una casa di campagna del 1869, finemente ristrutturata. Su 3 piani, ciascuno con accesso diretto al giardino e al bosco circostante, rappresenta un rifugio perfetto per coppie, famiglie o gruppi di amici in cerca di relax, natura e autenticità.



Situata a soli 2 km dal centro del paese, è facilmente raggiungibile in auto, pur godendo di un`atmosfera completamente immersa nella natura.



Il piano terra offre una cucina completamente attrezzata, un salone accogliente con camino, zona pranzo e accesso diretto al giardino. Un ambiente ideale per convivialità e relax. Appena fuori in giardino un grande tavolo da pranzo in ferro battuto da 6 posti, un panchina in legno e 2 sdraio per godersi l`ombra dei tigli in gran relax.



La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno a 6 fuochi, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, utensili e servizio da tavola completo per 12 persone.



Al primo piano si accede sia internamente da un scala antica in legno sia dal giardino. Qui troverete la camera padronale con vista sul bosco e un grande letto a baldacchino, e una camera matrimoniale ma con letti separabili, nel caso si necessitasse di avere due letti.

A completamento un grande bagno con doccia walk-in e lavatrice.



Al secondo piano si accede sia internamente con una scala in legno sia esternamente dalla parte alta del giardino. Qui si trova una grandissima stanza da letto con un letto matrimoniale, anche questo con letti separabili, un divano e una piccola TV.



All`esterno sono presenti lettini prendisole in legno e amache da montare tra gli alberi. L`ampio giardino privato e bosco circostante consentono di fare lunghe passeggiate, rilassarsi leggendo o facendo meditazione.
