Toll gelegene Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Garten und Allwetter-Terrasse

Wir waren begeistert von der Wohnung und noch mehr vom Garten und der Terrasse. Wir konnten auch bei Regen draußen frühstücken und grillen (Grill vorhanden).In den Liegestühlen konnte man schön entspannen. Für das nächste Jahr haben wir schon gebucht.Kleine Verbesserungsoptionen: etwas mehr Küchenutensilien wie z.B. Küchenmesser, Salatschleuder

Super Aufenthalt, versteckte Kosten

Wohnung und Aufenthalt waren super. Wir waren allerdings bei.der Rechnung sehr überrascht, dass eine enorm hohe Servicegebühr, eine Bearbeitungspauschale und eine Frühbuchergebühr erhoben wurde. Da muss man sich in den AGBs erst genau erkundigen.

Tolle Wohnung, kleine Abstriche

Die Wohnung ist super, geräumige Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Das Bad ist auch recht groß, die Dusche eher klein. Leider hat das Bad weder Fenster noch funktionierende Lüftung. Das separate Gäste WC hat ein Fenster. Der große, schön gestaltete Wohn- und Küchenbereich hat große Fenster zum kleinen Garten mit Terrasse. Der angepriesene Gaskamin funktionierte leider nicht und die Fußbodenheizung ist nicht ganz leicht einzustellen. Es war entweder viel zu war oder zu kühl. Neben der Küche gibt es noch einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Einparken scharfe Messer und eine besser funktionierende Kaffeemaschine wären toll. Auch der Staubsauger hatte schon bessere Tage, das Rohr fällt immer ab. Wir würden aber gerne wiederkommen, die Lage ist super, der Strand ist nicht weit weg.

Aufenthalt im Januar

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Tente ist hier besonders hervorzuheben. Aber auch die Sauna, tolle Betten und die prima Küchenausstattung haben es an nichts fehlen lassen.Allerdings waren wir die einzigen Gäste im Haus. Wir können also keine Bewertung über Nachbargeräusche abgeben.Etwas eingeschränkt war unser Aufenthalt durch die zahlreichen Baustellen (Bauverbot in der Hauptsaison).Es war aber noch alles im Rahmen.
