Das Apartment hatte alles , was man benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist schön, das Bett sehr bequem und die Küchenausstattung ausreichend.Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Borkum nach 35 Jahren

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr zentral. Borkum hat sich auf der einen Seite sehr verändert auf der anderen Seite haben wir viele Dinge, Plätze wiedergesehen so wie wir sie in Erinnerung hatten. Das Haus, Eingang, Treppenhaus und Flur waren in Ordnung und sauber.

Das Posthus liegt am Eingang zur Einkaufstraße mit den vielen Restaurants und dicht zum Hauptstrand, das war sehr angenehm. Negativ war, das wir das Zimmer (104) nach hinten hatten, praktisch genau vor dem Stellwerk und Werkstatt der Bimmelbahn. Das bedeutet ab 6:30 Uhr permanenter Lärm. Die Rangierloks werden rein und rausgefahren mit soviel Lärm von Antrieb und einem sehr lautem Piepton ( vom Rückwärtsfahren ) das man auch bei geschlossenem Fenster senkrecht im Bett stand. Dann kamen die lauten Geräusche der Schrankenanlage, die Bimmelbahn meldete sich mit einem lauten Signalton an und es ratterte fürchterlich. Am Tag störte es weniger, da wir nicht da waren und nachts auch nicht. Als Fazit würde ich das nicht mehr buchen, obwohl alles recht sauber war und für einen Kurztrip als Appartement reichte. Der Check in war für mich erst nicht ersichtlich. Hausnummer 9 gab es nicht, nur 9a und den Hinterhof 9b, dort war aber keine Rezeption oder Klingel. Man muss die Mails sehr deutlich lesen, dann stößt man auf einen Link: Infoblatt, da stand dann drin das man im Bekleidungsgeschäft zwischen diesen abseits Gelegenen Eingängen Bescheid sagen musste, dort wurde telefoniert und wenige Minuten später erfolge der Einlass.

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Falls wir nochmal unseren Urlaub auf Borkum verbringen möchten, werden wir gerne wieder im Posthus einchecken

Für einen Kurzurlaub mit einfachen Ansprüchen optimal. Super Lage ! Nähe des Bahnhofes stört nicht !

Altes, aber renoviertes Verwaltungsgebäude. Alles erforderliche vorhanden. Würden/werden das Posthus wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Posthus-Team hat auch einfach und reibungslos funktioniert. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Hausmeisterin !!! Alles in allem waren es ein paar tolle Tage auf Borkum !

kurzer Erholungsurlaub

Super Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Nur Langschläfer sollten aufpassen und ein Appartement wählen, das nicht zur Inselbahn raus geht. Ab 7 Uhr nimmt sie den Betrieb auf und davon werden empfindliche Menschen wach

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche auf Borkum. Die Wohnung liegt super nah am Strand / Zentrum. Aus diesem Grund sind wir auch jeden Abend noch mal raus zur Promenade. Dort gab es jeden Abend Livemusik Das Hausmeisterpaar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir das Zimmer Richtung Bahnhof hatten , wurden wir leider morgens immer durch die Inselbahn geweckt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof, somit total zentral der einzigste Nachteil war das die Wohnung auch mit den Fenstern zum Bahnhof waren und somit hört man jede Bahn die ankommt oder wegfährt.
