Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt.Als kleiner Tipp: Die Rolladengurte müssen dringend gewechselt werden, bevor sie komplett reißen. Dann kann man die Rolladen garnicht mehr hoch machen. Das wäre dann sehr unangenehm.

Münzautomat für Waschmaschine und Trockner

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und gut geschnitten- es ist alles da, was man braucht- aber: zur Nutzung von Waschmaschine/Trockner sind jeweils 7 50ct-Stücke nötig. Dass ein Waschgang 3,50€ kostet ist okay, immerhin werden Wasser und Strom verbraucht. Aber in Zeiten von ec-Karten haben doch die wenigsten Urlauber so viele 50ct-Münzen im Portemonnaie. Also kauft man bei der Bank eine Münzrolle (Gebühr 4€!!!) und wirft sie in den Münzautomaten. 1. es wäre gut, wenn man das vorher wüsste 2. es ist extrem umständlich 3. warum rechnet man die Nutzung der Geräte nicht mit in die Miete ein? Bei der gemeinsamen Nutzung des Gartens ist man von der Rücksicht der anderen Mietern abhängig - kann gut gehen oder auch nicht. Alles andere ist wirklich prima und zum Wohlfühlen.

sehr schöner Aufenthalt

In der gut eingerichteten und mit allen notwendigen Geräten versehenen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der herrliche Südstrand war fußläufig in ca. 400 m zu erreichen.

Leider Baustelle im Garten und die Waschmaschine kostet extra. Parpkplatzsituation war schwierig weil es 3 Wohnungen waren aber nur 2 Parkplätze
