In the middle of nature surrounded by wild and unspoiled Mediterranean vegetation, in a peaceful setting, a truly beautiful house, offering all modern reliable comfort (because refurbished) with an exceptional sea view (Levant and Port Cros islands)
In summary: 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (possibility of renting a 4th bedroom with its bathroom), beautiful main living room and its very equipped kitchen with magnificent sea view.
The large main room crosses between two large terraces on the ground floor with the house: one with exceptional sea views and on the other side, the other terrace which is continuity with the landscaped garden (with automatic watering)
Practical but very pleasant details: all the bedding (mattresses, box springs and pillows) were changed in 2016 and are therefore in very good condition, which is very pleasant.
All the household appliances are almost new (acquired in 2016) so in perfect working order: fridge, freezer, excellent electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, induction cooking plates, fruit and vegetable juicer, etc.
Large outdoor table for meals under the fig tree facing the sea view on the terrace on the Mediterranean side, many deckchairs, 2 large sofas 1 outside and 1 inside, And another outdoor table on the second terrace facing the garden landscaped and its trees, shrubs and succulents (olive trees, eucalyptus, pines, mimosas, camelia, agaves and other cacti ...)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, sehr netter Empfang, ein sehr gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus, sehr ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, traumhafte Terrasse mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer und die Inseln, sauberer Pool. Zimmer ok mit Ă€lteren Matratzen. z.T. Im unteren Bad nur kalte Dusche möglich. KĂŒche voll ausgestattet jedoch mit eher schmutzigen Utensilien/GerĂ€ten und alten Pfannen. Der Ausblick ĂŒber die Bucht war wirklich ein Erlebnis. Das Haus hatte einfach alles was benötigt wurde. Es gibt keinen ĂŒbertriebenen Luxus, sondern Annehmlichkeiten.Die Sicherheit in dieser weitlĂ€ufigen Wohnanlage war hervorragend.In diesem Ambiente kann man sich gut zurĂŒckziehen und erholen.

Bel panorama, posto tranquillo, tutte persone molto amichevoli, proprietario gentile e premuroso.Ci sono perĂČ alcune cose da migliorare:- il check-in Ăš stato sbrigativo e sommario- la pulizia di casa e terrazza sono appena sufficienti- la qualitĂ  di materassi, cuscini, lenzuola ed asciugamani Ăš bassa- il bagno con doccia Ăš piccolo e scomodo- le camere sono piccole ed essenziali- i cuscini per i lettini da terrazza sono vecchi e sporchi- tutta la casa Ăš piena delle cose del proprietario alcune sotto chiave, la cosa Ăš sgadevole- una camera ed un bagno sono chiuse ed a disposizione del,proprietario.

Endroit idyllique, calme absolu, panorama époustouflant, appartement trÚs bien arrangé avec goût, terrasse magnifique avec énormément de plantes et arbres à fleurs, trÚs jolie piscine, pas vulgaire. Unique bémol et facilement corrigeable : trop d'affaires privatisées dans l'appartement (tiroirs cuisine et placard salle de bain) et donc peu de place pour s'installer. Sinon, topissime !

Wunderbare Lage und Blick ĂŒber das Mittelmeer

Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer! Der eigene Strand hat uns nicht so ĂŒberzeugt - wir sind meistens ein StĂŒck gefahren, es gibt aber in der NĂ€he einige schöne StrĂ€nde auch mit kostenlosen ParkplĂ€tzen. Das Haus hat eine wirklich schöne AthmosphĂ€re - wir haben eigentlich nur Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern vermisst. Insgesamt 4-5 Sterne von uns!

Herrlicher Urlaub!

Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit unseren beiden Hunden verbracht. Die zufahrtsgesicherte DomĂ€ne ist sehr ruhig und naturbelassen mit tollen Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten auch im Umland. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, um sich wohl zu fĂŒhlen. Der Ausblick auf Meer und Natur ist atemberaubend und könnte nicht schöner sein. Der Vermieter, Stephane, war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sehr nĂŒtzliche Tipps fĂŒr Wanderungen und Restaurants gegeben. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen! Merci beaucoup et au revoir!

Maison et environnement superbes

Superbe maison de style moderniste dans un domaine privé préservé. TrÚs calme. Terrasse parfaite avec vue splendide. La maison est trÚs bien équipée et meublée avec gout. TrÚs bons matelas. TrÚs bon accueil du propriétaire ainsi que de la dame d'occupant de la maison.

Very relaxing holiday

We spent a wonderful week at Stephane’s house. It’s location in beautiful natural surroundings with an exceptional view lead to a very relaxing holiday. There is plenty to do in the area. En toute quiétude

Le Gaou est un lieu privilĂ©giĂ© tant naturellement qu’architecturalement. Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, et sa description est conforme Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Petit bĂ©mol, nous n’avons pas pu avoir accĂšs Ă  la chambre 3 qui a sa propre salle d’eau.
