Ideale und ruhige Lage

Sehr schönes Haus mit großer Terrasse, ruhig gelegen, in einem sicheren Bereich und traumhaftem Blick. Keine 5 Minuten über kleinen Weg zum Strand. Ideale Lage für schöne Ausflüge. Wir sind oft verschiedene Routen auf dem sentier littoral gelaufen und haben es sehr genossen. Danke auch für den Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au Gaou. Un endroit calme, en pleine nature, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La maison est bien équipée. Un accueil très sympa avec Mireille. Et de très beaux endroits dans la région. Bref, c’etait chouette.

Villa abordable proche plage et vue mer

Pour deux semaines en janvier, le logement était facile à chauffer et très bien équipé. L'ombre causé par les nombreux pins autour est cependant moins souhaité - en janvier. Le reste de l'année, de mars à octobre, je pense que c'est un gros plus - sans parler de la bonne odeur diffusée par les pins. L'équipement de la cuisine est suffisantpour tout faire soi-même ici. Mais le logement est petit. Il y a bien 2 chambres à coucher, mais il faudra être une famille ou très bien se connaître si l'on y vit à 4. La cuisine et la salle de bain seront aggrandies en été, cela devrait changer la situation. La mer est bien visible et la plage est à 5 minutes à pied, mais pour faire des courses ou pour flaner le long des cafés et restos, il faut au moins aller à Favières et pour cela une voiture est indispensable. En janvier, nous avons entendu pas mal de bruit de travaux de rénovation et d'entretien de haies autour de nous, mais cela restait supportable. Les maisons sont très rapprochées et se touchent, mais l'on ne voit pas grand chose des voisins qui étaient là, mais très discrets. Les propriétaires et Mme Rocat qui assure l'entretien sur place étaient charmants et très serviables. Nous recommandons cette location de vacances!

Vue magnifique, la dolce vita.

Maison dans un site magnifique avec superbe terrasse qui offre la vue sur la mer . Tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances avec la mer en contrebas , accessible en 5 mn maximum à pied (escalier). Juste peut-être les lits jumeaux à rafraichir un peu (légèrement affaissés au centre) mais inconvénient très supportable au vue du reste.)

Wunderbare Ferienanlage

Wir haben die Unterkunft im März in einer sehr ruhigen und recht kühlen Zeit erlebt und konnten so einige der Vorteile (Strandähe, große Terrasse, schattiger Garten) nur bedingt genießen. Trotzdem hat uns das Anwesen überzeugt. Besser kann man eine große Ferienanlage wohl kaum in die Landschaft integrieren. Wir konnten den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer vom Frühstückstisch aus genießen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist aus unserer Sicht etwas überaltert, aber in ihrem Stil auch sehr passend.

Plage à pied en moins de 5 minutes. Épicerie à pied en moins de 10 minutes Maison avec vue mer terrasse ensoleillée et ombragée. Les pins permettent de réduire la température. Tout le confort et le nécessaire sont présents.

Excellent séjour, excellent accueil. la maison est un petit cocon très agréable en février avec le soleil qui nous chauffe la journée et du chauffage très efficace pour les soirées. très bien équipée. Avons apprécié le combiné lave-vaisselle et four traditionnel, extra pour recevoir quelques amis et déguster tout ça sur la terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la belle bleue ! merci encore au propriétaire et à Mireille qui nous a accueillis. Nous gardons précieusement l adresse pour un futur séjour.

Fantastisch! Wir kommen wieder !

Wie haben uns im La Babiole sofort wohlgefühlt. Eine unglaubliche Aussicht aufs Meer von der Terasse aus, bodentiefe Terassentüren, große Wohnung für uns zwei. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch wenn Küche und Bad sind nicht super modern sind, ist alles sauber und funktioniert. Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind mit zum Teil antiken Möbeln ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut, alles wirkt wie eine typische französische Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung hat Charme. Zum Meer und den privaten Sandbuchten sind es circa 5-10 min, perfekt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah, Dörfer, Orte und Restaurants drumherum sind wunderschön und toll! Auch der persönliche Empfang in der Wohnung mit Schlüsserübergabe hat super geklappt, Madame hat die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher waren da. Außerdem gabs eine Flasche Rosé zur Begrüßung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
