Sei anni a La Faviere e due in particolare in questo appartamento. Tutto perfetto. Un piccolo consiglio alla proprietà : aggiungerei un punto luce verso l'esterno...E forse darei un 'occhiata per fornire un divano letto più comodo.....Ce ne sono a prezzi molto bassi con salvaguardia di tutte le schiene,giovani e non.

Très bel emplacement, proche belle plage de sable fin et piscine de la résidence.Appartement fonctionnel, idéal pour 1 couple et 1 enfant.Seul bémol le garage, prévoir petite voiture et sans coffre de toit car trop petit pour SUV.

Petit studio suffisamment équipé pour y passer 3 jours avec mes 2 enfants de 8 et 2 ans. Vraiment très bien situé ce qui est top quand on a des enfants. J'ai apprécié poser la voiture dans le garage et ne plus la prendre pendant notre petit séjour. La chose a amélioré serait que l'appartement manque d'éclairage notamment sur le balcon, c'est dommage. Merci à l'hôtesse d Interhome pour sa gentillesse.

Un hébergement idéal pour être près de la mer

Logement propre et agréable, dans une résidence calme et un voisinage sympathique. Avoir une piscine si bien entretenue est vraiment un plus, surtout pour les enfants. Le logement est également doté d'un garage individuel et l'immeuble est entièrement sécurisé. La résidence est à 100 m de la plage, et également toute proche du Lavandou et de commerces de proximité. Bref, je le recommanderai sans hésiter. Je tenais également à remercier Interhome pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse !

Belle localisation

Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour sa localisation, avec accès direct depuis la résidence sur la plage. La résidence est très bien entretenue, avec piscine. Un autre point positif de cet appartement est le garage, mais attention aux dimensions de celui-ci. Notre XXX rentrait très bien en marche arrière après 1 ou 2 manœuvre(s), mais, pour un véhicule plus gros, il faudrait bien vérifier les dimensions ! Sans garage, il serait très difficile de trouver des places dans la rue... L'appartement est en état correct, un peu vieillissant, mais propre. La terrasse avec vue sur piscine (et mer au loin) est très appréciable. Autre point positif à noter, le store électrique bien occultant. La literie est en revanche très moyenne (sur canapé lit). En résumé, cet appartement est parfait pour la localisation, mais attention cela ne reste qu'un studio !

Proche de la mer et au calme

Situation satisfaisante, proche mer et commerces/restos. Dommage qu'aucun éclairage ne soit prévu sur le balcon... et le lit superposé mériterait d'être changé.
