Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis,trÚs bonne communication entre le propriétaire et la personne qui gÚre la location ..trÚs réactive et pleines d attentions . Nous avons pu avoir 2lits bébé ,deux chaises hautes ..ect ..villa trÚs pratique ,agréable ,et bien équipée ..petit bémol ..une clim dans les chambres du bas aurait été bienvenue ,surtout pour les bébés . Wunderschöner Garten und ortstypisches, schön restauriertes Haus

Wir (4 Erwachsene & 1 Kleinkind) waren 2 Wochen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das grosse GrundstĂŒck liegt im Ferienareal des Cap Benats und ist von viel GrĂŒn und Natur umgeben. Die grosszĂŒgige Terrasse ist traumhaft und gut geeignet fĂŒr kleine Kinder, es gibt viel Schatten, sodass wir hauptsĂ€chlich draussen im Freien waren. Das Haus hat alles, was man so benötigt. Es ist ein altes, schön renoviertes Haus mit viel Charme. Die Zimmer sind einfach und klar, waren ordentlich und sauber. Die Sauberkeit der KĂŒche war ok, hĂ€tte aber wieder einmal einen FrĂŒhlingsputz verdient. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder gehen, wenn wir an der CĂŽte d’Azur eine Unterkunft suchen.

J'ai passé mes vacances dans cette maison avec ma famille, nous étions à 4 adultes et 4 enfants, il y avait assez de place pour tout le monde. Les enfants jouaient en toute sécurité dehors, pendant que nous préparions le dßner. Deux petits bémols, le fait qu'on a pris le service linge de maison, une seule serviette par personne n'est vraiment pas assez, et la propreté laissait aussi à desirer.

Traumhafte Tage in grĂŒner Oase

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und nicht einsehbar in traumhafter Lage in der Domaine Cap Benat. Das GrundstĂŒck ist grosszĂŒgig angelegt mit schönen Terrassen und Sitzgelegenheiten auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen. Das Haus ist schön und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, die KĂŒchen ist gut ausgestattet und wir hatten als fĂŒnfköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Wir wurden von Lina sehr freundlich und kompetent empfangen. Wir wĂŒrden gerne jederzeit wiederkommen.

maison pleine de charme et bien placée

nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon moment , malgrĂ© le manque de climatisation et certaines moustiquaires aux fenĂȘtres hors d' usage, Dommage que la douche en bas soit limitĂ©e Ă  un pommeau fixe inutilisable pour les grands . L' accĂšs parking dans le jardin est assez Ă©troit . Le jardin est luxuriant , le coin repas sur la terrasse trĂšs agrĂ©able , maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e et meublĂ©e avec goĂ»t . A proximitĂ© en voiture de la plage des cigales et de portofino ( superbe )

Ce lieu est vraiment beau et la plage est proche (5-10 minutes Ă  pied), calme et magnifique!!! La communication avec le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait super. La cuisine et les salles de bains nâ€˜Ă©taient pas trĂšs propres. Mais en gĂ©nĂ©rale on a bien profitĂ© de notre sĂ©jour et je recommande d‘y passer les vacances!!!

Vacances d'automne

Tranquilité e plages parfaites. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut et rien d'inutile. Les seuls aspects négatifs sont les tiroirs dans la cuisine, qui ont été sale (mais facile à nettoyer) et la douche au premier étage qui manque de pression d'eau - ou c'est le robinet qui ne fonctionne plus. Nous avons passés de trÚs belles vacances et nous aimerions bien la louer en automne prochain.

Maison trÚs agréable pour vacances paisibles

Belle maison, au calme et agrĂ©able sentiment de tranquillitĂ© au milieu des arbres et du jardin. Confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, la maison permet de passer un sĂ©jour reposant. seuls petits bĂ©mol, le domaine du Cap Benat repose assez largement sur l’usage de la voiture (marcher le long des routes n’est pas toujours rassurant!) mais cela ne dĂ©pend Ă©videmment pas du propriĂ©taire. Je recommande cette maison et y retournerais avec plaisir.

Entouré de la nature - calme et idyllique

Maison trĂšs agreable, bien installĂ©e et bien placĂ©e. TrĂšs joli jardin. Pas loin d'une petit plage trĂšs idyllique, naturelle et propre. Etait trĂšs calme aprĂ©s Covid 19 ouverture (peut-ĂȘtre pas toujour comme ça?). Nous avons eu une des notre meilleures vacances. Le propriĂ©taire Ă©tais trĂšs attentionnĂ©, aimable et sympathique.

Zwei wunderbare Wochen / Herbst 2019

Das romantische Anwesen liegt inmitten von hohen schattenspenden BĂ€umen, ruhig und eingebettet in der wilden Natur. Praktisch und gerĂ€umig eingerichtet fĂŒr 5 Personen ideal. Der Weg zu Fuss ans Meer ist in 10 Minuten gut machbar. Manche vermissen die Sicht auf das Meer. Leider lassen die QualitĂ€t der Betten und die Sauberkeit der KĂŒche und Bad zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. DafĂŒr schĂ€tzten wir den natĂŒrlichen Umschwung sehr. Im Herbst lohnt es ich warme Kleider mitzunehmen... wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Herzliche Dank Stephan und Familiy
