Residenza Solemar - App 11 consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine and a television, as well as a cot and a highchair, which are both available upon request for a fee.
Outside, you will find a shared furnished terrace with both open and covered areas, along with a stunning sea view.
The house is just a few steps away from the beach (15m) and the nearest supermarket is just a few minutes away on foot (200m). By the beachfront at Bosa Marina, you will also find a number of other shops and restaurants. The nearest airport is 55km up the coast at Alghero, which is an hour away by car.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Cot and highchair available upon request for a fee of €3 per item. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee of €8 per person per stay. Pets allowed for a fee of €5 per pet per night.
