Barn and Stables in tranquil gardens and farmland
Halamiling Barn and Stables is a deeply peaceful, beautiful, place to relax, unwind and socialise with your family and friends. Enjoy strolling through the stunning gardens, 3 lakes and farmland. Cook in the superbly well equipped and spacious modern kitchen, enjoy cosy evenings by the fire, and maybe watch a film with the state of the art sound surround system. All interiors are furnished to a very high level of quality and design. The 2 buildings suit multi generational or friends holidays.
The space
The Barn and Stables are 2 separate buildings set across a courtyard from one another. This listing is for the 2 together. But they can also be rented separately.
The Barn has an open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area. The lounge includes 2 very comfy sofas and an extra chair. The TV has a state of the art sound surround system. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The dining table seats 6 so if you are renting both Barn and Stables you can all enjoy eating as a group and socialising in the Barn. There is also a utility room with washing machine, dryer and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs in the Barn there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a window seat with stunning views over the gardens and farmland. It has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a sofa which can be made up into a double sofa bed if required. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower in the bath.
The Stables has one main room which contains a double bed, a TV, a small dining table and seating for 2. There is a separate kitchenette which is compact but well equipped with hobbs and a microwave. There is a separate bathroom with a walk in shower.
The Barn and Stables are surrounded by our beautiful gardens and 50 acres of North Cornish Farmland, including 3 lakes (2 of which you can swim in) for you to freely explore. There is a small private patio/garden and BBQ area for the Barn and a separate communal picnic bench and garden furniture for all guests to enjoy.

Halamiling Farm is set down a three quarter of a mile farm track leading from the hamlet of Lesnewth. Lesnewth is under 2 miles from the A39. There is private parking at the Farm.
