THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! 1. The owner occupied the house with us while we were there and he entertained guests while we were there making it impossible to use the property since this was now a shared accommodation 2. The home is actively under construction with work men coming in from early morning and working until after dark each day 3. There is a permanent tenant residing on property all these things were purposely withheld from us at the time of booking 4. Video camera inside the living areas not disclosed prior to booking I had my cousins come and stay over since we didn’t feel safe has the owner repeatedly came upstairs to where we were to turn on/off the water heater and remove the broom from where we were. The listening stated complete 5 bedroom house we were unable to use the 5th bedroom as it was on the 1st floor where the owner was. Latoya and Gary are SCAMMERS AND CROOKS they altered the booking and remove entire home rental from their listing and maximum guest amount of 12 after they requested additional money from me for having my cousins stay with me they even went a step further and called the police to remove us from the premises since I refused to pay anything additional. The police advised that they cannot do so and I heard Latoya who was on the speakerphone with Gary tell Gary to bribe the officer to have him remove us .This caused the policemen to be enraged and a police report was created at the oracabessa police station of the incident. They maintained I had 12 guest at the house and that I was destroying their property I spent only 1 full day on that property due to the construction and other people coming in and out we spent our days out of the home and returned at night to sleep. We have video evidence of the noise in the morning and at night from the construction, his guest lounging by the pool and other guest he entertained while we were there and we did not damage anything I have video of evidence of how we left
