Oude Deel #4 is the last one in the row on the old part. Downstairs the apartment is the same as in the other apartments but upstairs there are three more bedrooms and an extra toilet. The bathroom on the first floor and the toilet on the second floor have been renovated in March 2020 and adapted to current standards.

Extra bed can be placed for child/baby for 7,50 p/night (max 2)

T-Tax is 1.50 p/p p/n as a Deposit of 250,- EUR due on arrival before check-in

The apartment has a total of four bedrooms with seven box spring beds. In the very spacious bedroom on the first floor there is a sofa bed. Here you can easily sleep two children up to 12 years old or 1 child up to 18 years old. Upstairs are two bedrooms for two persons with two single box spring beds. And a room for 1 person.
There is a TV with cable reception from KPN Digitenne. Of course there is also WIFI present.
The terrace outside faces south here you can enjoy the view and sun until late.
The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your own meals in the apartment. There is a dishwasher, fridge with a small freezer and a microwave available.

This apartment offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
