Newly remodeled, this hotel was nice. Only two complaints. The room still had an “old” smell. You can refinish the bathroom and replace furniture, but the mildew, funky old smell remains. The mixed Asian cuisine restaurant was a major let down. The food had ZERO flavor. Nothing. The chicken fried rice, the chicken & broccoli, both had absolutely no flavor. Just horrible. We tried breakfast at the cafe and they brought us eggs and potatoes that were super cold! Like leftovers from a Shoney’s breakfast buffet! They was a big miss. Positives? Definitely try Prime Steakhouse. The filet there was amazing! Perfectly cooked (well done). Still very moist, flavorful, and they didn’t have to butterfly it. The sides were tasty. Perfect dinner! The drinks were well prepared. Loved it!

The property is amazing the rooms are great the staff needs work on my first night I asked for a blanket I end up calling front desk 4 times no blank I stayed there 4 nights no room cleaning I called for my room to be cleaned they never came I’m not sure if I would stay there again I felt ignored

Live Casino was a good choice for our trip. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We loved having the different restaurants on site so that we didn’t have to go anywhere. The casino was great. Loved the pool area and ‘Adult Time”. Would definitely stay again.

Masters !

Went for graduation at LSUS. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Atmosphere throughout relaxing and lively at the same time. In hotel dinning was excellent. Casino and bar were pleasant.
