The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. My few complaints have more to do with the cramped room, lack of a refrigerator, the tendency of water to leak from the shower, the somewhat irritating LED lighting (white light is your friend...) lack of a desk or any sort of convenient way to do any work in the room, the lack of any decent closet or reasonable facsimile thereof. The hotel is fine for what it is, but I'd have a hard time recommending it for business travel (at least the room I stayed in).

The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. Nick at the front desk was patient and willing to help and answer any questions, we threw his way. The shuttle driver was also very nice and was sure to be prompt during our pick up and drop off.

The floors are laminate or hardwood. The people in the room above us danced and jumped across the floor in high heels or boots for several hours late at night while we were trying to sleep. We called the front desk 3 times but nothing was done about it accept to claim they had called the room (almost positive they didn't as there wasn't even a momentary pause in the noise) It was too late at night to change rooms as we were already in bed and I had my 82 year old mother with me
