Breakfast would have been great except it was cold both days. The restaurant food was good but instead of a 5 ounce legal pour, I received no more than 2ounces. Then, when I complained, she poured in more but CHARGED me for another drink!

Staff were helpful and nice. Room needs updating, minor repairs, but was clean and had what I needed. Shower water pressure is very low, but it did the job. Being located within a 15 min walk from the T station was perfect, and the onsite pub/bar was great for a quick dinner.

The hotel was friendly and clean and well situated…. but the noisiest place I have ever stayed!! Room 126 is next to the laundry that seems to be on 24/7 with machines spinning at 2300 hrs and 0800. The cleaning staff station is right outside the door with the teams chatting very loudly from 0730 each day. If you want a restful night with a lay in make sure you are not on the corridor with 126 on! I am sure the rest of the rooms are great and the rest of our stay was very good.
