Overall the hotel was okay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient with many side doors so you don’t have to walk all the way up front to get to your car. They did require a $50 security deposit for each night at arrival, we stayed 2 nights they charged me $100 for the deposit still waiting for it to return. There was a really horrible smell the entire time we stayed, musty and mildew really bad throughout all the hallways and room. There was also no water bubbler or ice maker anywhere in the hotel that we could find.

Would not go back to this BW location!

We discovered blood on the sheets the next day that was not ours. Of course, manager said it was cleaner. we were not convinced. We were told they could not do anything for us because we used a third party booking. We brought two other parties with us as well. One had a toilet issue, and the others had to deal with some domestic argument next door for most of the night.

Breakfast was pretty good and great to have. Our room didn’t have hot water. Luke warm, not anywhere near hot. They offered to transfer us but it was already morning and felt like a lot of hassle.
