Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This spacious apartment located on the 3rd floor of a 3 family features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped eat in kitchen. It has central heat and A/C as well as washer and dryer. Vaulted ceilings and exposed beams create an exceptional airy and luxurious atmosphere. All bedrooms have TVs and the big bedroom has a couch which can be used a living space.

Each bedroom features a queen bed and 50 inch TVs with major streaming services. You would need your own account to access them.
Bigger bedroom has a couch and can be used as a living space. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, knives, plates, cups, glasses. The island in the kitchen also serves as a dining area with 4 barstools.
Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Driveway holds up to 2 cars and it belongs only to this unit.

Stony Brook Train Station on the Orange line is a 10-12 minute walk and can bring you to downtown Boston.
There are also multiple bus stops within 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment that can bring you to many destinations around the city.
