1. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.
2. Extra Guest Fee: After 6 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest, per night applies.
3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet, per night. Maximum 2 pets permitted.
4. Registered Guests Only: The apartment accommodates up to 14 guests. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Children must be included in the reservation count. Violations will result in a penalty fee per person, per night.
5. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors during these hours.
6. Special Activities: Filming, professional photography, events, or music recording require prior written consent from the Host and may incur additional location fees.
